What am I currently obsessed with

Why hello again people!

How are we all? I hope everyone is well and dandy! J

So update on the job front – still looking. Yup still looking. That’s pretty much it.

Now onto this blog. As you can tell, from the title of this post it is going to be about things which I am currently obsessed with. Now when I say obsessed, I mean OBSESSSSSSSSSSSSSED! If there’s an album which I like, I will constantly play it. Or worse, if there is a song which I like, I’ll just constantly repeat it. Over and over and over again. I think some of the increase in views on YouTube or listens on Spotify may just be from me alone. Ha! But I think you get the point. I thought it would be nice to just jot down a few things which I currently like and if it gets you intrigued as well, that’s brilliant! If not, then thanks for reading!

Music that’s constantly playing

Now there’s a few albums which I constantly play either at home or in the car. When I say constantly play, I mean I listen to them about 90% of the time.

Troye Sivan – Blue Neighbourhood

Ok I am obsessed with this album. Like so obsessed!! I love listening to it and I keep recommending it to friends. I’m also going to add that I will be seeing him in August, YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Totally fangirling at the thought of seeing him live!! August can’t come by fast enough!

Adele – 25

This woman. Her voice. I don’t need to say anything else. Her artistry already speaks for itself. I do only have one thing to say though… PLEASE COME AND TOUR DOWN UNDER ADELE!!!

Coldplay – A Head Full of Dreams

Yup Coldplay’s latest album is another one which i’ve been constantly playing. This album reminds me of summer. The tunes, the lyrics. I feel happy and think of bright summer colours whenever I hear it. It just makes me all happy and cheery inside and who doesn't enjoy that feeling.

Simple Plan – Taking one for the Team

Now, before you judge me, I have loved these French Canadians since forever! So naturally their album is in the loop.  I think I still prefer Get Your Heart On! However as a 5^th studio album from these rockers, I’m still enjoying it.

Things to enjoy while chillaxing

Lately I’ve been finding myself lighting candles to chillax with a book. The aromatic smells flowing from the candles create this nice chillaxing environment, they also make my room smell very nice! Recently I’ve brought these two from Dusk; Tibet – Lycee & Black Tea (I LOVE THIS!! It is one of my faves!) and Calm – Lavender & Rose.

To chill I also read a book. I started reading again pretty much because I have WAY too much spare time now. So I figured why not fill it with reading. The whole reading thing also started because I watch a lot of YouTube and with me being obsessive, it meant I also went to buy their books. But hey! At least it got me reading again, and it was also nice to read about their lives and how they view things.

So, before you think that all I read are books by YouTubers I just started Animal Farm by George Orwell (recommended to me by a friend). As I’m writing this blog, I’ve read 1 page. =D

So yeah, there’s a list of things which have currently consumed my life for the past few months. After writing this, makes me think about whether I need other hobbies… and as I say this I go on YouTube.
