More photo of toys!
Ok – so from the title you might have guessed it.
Yup! I have taken some more photos of my pop vinyls...
What? There's nothing wrong with taking photo of toys. It's a legit hobby.
Anyway here’s
the next round of photos taken of my ever growing pop vinyl collection.
FYI - The pop
count is now at 60! =D
Captain America
Yes – Mr
stars and stripes himself. So I’ve got like 4 different Captain Americas… Don’t
judge me! They’re all different! Anyway! I decided to take a photo with my
Winter Soldier one. For Cap I decided to utlilise my mum’s plants and create a
bit of a nature back-drop and have Cap just ponder into the distance… Why
ponder? I just thought it made him look cool and serious. It’s not like I
dropped him a few times which resulted in his head bending forward… yeah…
The 10th Doctor
The 10th
Doctor has always been my favourite Doctor! When the Doctor Who pop vinyls came
out, I just had to own him. For one of my birthdays my friends had gotten me a
Tardis. Yes, that’s right people, I own my very own Tardis! My own Time and Relative
Dimension in Space. I know you’re all jealous. =D
So how else
would I take a photo of the 10th Doctor, with him in front of his
Tardis of course!
Look at him
all cool with his brown coat and red chucks.
The 11th Doctor
After the
10th Doctor, came the 11th Doctor.... obviously. Numerical sequence. Am I right? I actually liked him
too! His story lines with his companions of Amy and Rory were awesome and then
along came Dr River Song. The 11th Doctor had some amazing quotes
throughout his journey. One day, while browsing society6.com for a new mug, I
came across a pillow with the quote “We are all stories in the end, just make
it a good one eh?” I knew this was the perfect backdrop for taking a photo with
the 11th Doctor. Check it!
Trunks
Trunks is
just awesome cause he’s got the purple hair. It’s the purple hair!! Anyway, for
Trunks I just took him outside and started taking photos. That’s it. No real
reasoning behind it. Haha.
Goku on Nimbus
After
buying Trunks at Zing Pop Culture, the staff told me about Goku on Nimbus. I
had to have him! He needed to be a part of my collection! Goku on Nimbus,
means he’s flying on the nimbus cloud. So all I needed was a blue backdrop.
This was hard to achieve, because to get the perfect picture, meant I needed to
be high up. Not really possible. So I tried the best I could.
I also put
him on one of my mum’s plants with the blue sky in the background. I thought it
looked quite cool. Don’t you?
Superman
Look up in
the sky! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No… it’s Superman! Ah Superman, I got him
as a Christmas Present. So how would I portray Superman. When I think of
Superman, I always imagine him flying around the world. Obviously, I can’t make
him fly… Not in an easy way though. So I figured I’d put him up on a tree and
see what would happen.
Let me say
this, once I took the photo, he kind of fell and hit me on the head.
Sherlock Holmes
Recently I’ve
caught up on BBC’s Sherlock, and in turn, I had to buy the pop vinyl!! I wasn’t
too sure on how to portray Sherlock so I decided to use my Surface Pro with the
o’ so famous 221B Baker Street door as a back drop.
And that is it for now.
I hope you enjoyed my awesome, amazing photography skills of my toys. haha!
Until next time!
Ciao!
