The collection continues

So recently, I may have gone on a bit of a pop vinyl splurge and added quite a few to my collection... some might call this a bit of a problem. My friends have said that I may need an intervention... That just means they'll have to make any intervention banner... 

ANYWAY. With this post I decided to make it themed and show my movie related pop vinyls

BB-8 the star that rolled into our hears from Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens

I was excited when Disney announced that it would be making more Star Wars movies. I was sceptical that it may not be that great. Yes, i'm one of those who prefer VI, VII and VI. But I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Episode VII. It was a perfect mix of the first 3 and second 3 movies and there were plenty of new characters to love! One of them rolled into the screen, BB-8!

This BB-8 is the San Diego Comic Con summer release. It’s different to the original pop as he is giving us the thumbs up! Hehe, way cool!

Newt Scamander the wizard who Dumbledore was obsessed with before Harry from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

 I love Harry Potter! I grew up with the books. While reading them I always secretly wished that I was a witch. I would dream of getting the Hogwarts acceptance letter that would let me go off and learn magic. =D

I love anything to do with Harry Potter. So when the new movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was announced I squealed with excitement. Oh, and you can guess my reaction when the new book; Harry Potter and the Cursed Child was announced. Yup, jumping with joy and excitement. 

Anyway, in relation to the Harry Potter wizarding world, I only have Harry. So when San Diego Comic Con announced that Newt Scamander would be a limited only summer release, he had to be added to my collection. Maybe in the near future I’ll add more Harry Potter characters to my collection.

Timon and Pumba, a few of the characters from Pride Rock, The Lion King

“Hakuna Matata, What a wonderful phrase!” I loved Timon and Pumba from the Lion King. Actually I love the Lion King itself! It is one of my all time favourite Disney movies, along with Aladdin. So when Funko released Lion King in their range, obviously I had to add them to my collection.

Marty McFly got into a Delorean and travelled through time in Back to the Future II

Back to the Future is one of my favourite trilogy movies of all time! So when JB Hi Fi were having a 20% sale on pops and I found this fella, I just had to add him to my collection. I already had Marty and the Delorean, however this is Marty on his oh so famous hover board! 

 King Bob - the minion to rule them all from The Minion movie

“KING BOB! o no, kamo perolalosi, meredite, nokolapati pob lakino lapa lamakine pukete. PERONO, labi bibap, nure barata, papu tabushi,...” So there was a period where I was obsessed with minions. Yup… so obviously this meant that Minions were added to my collection, there’s quite a few of them too. Here’s one of them. King Bob!
