New Goal - to be one with nature

This post is a little late, maybe a few weeks... so nothing new then. HA!😏

As the title states, I have a new goal for this year, and it's to be one with nature, no I'm kidding. It's more like a do a walk at least once a month.

Why? Well I figured it's a good way to get outside, get a bit of fresh air, do a bit of exercise and get myself to explore this gorgeous city, which I live in.

So the first walk I decided to do was the Bradleys Head to Chowder Bay walk.

Location: Sydney Habour National Park, Mosman
Distance: 4km one-way
Time: Approx. 1 hr and 30 minutes

Arriving at Taronga Zoo, we decided to park here, not knowing that there was an actual car park at Sydney Habour National Park. We had a to walk about 10min to get to the park, and there are no footpaths once you get closer to the park. Once we got to the park we realised that there was actually parking here 😓! Lesson learnt, next time spend some time actually Googling places to park. The parking is $8 for all day parking and is pretty much where the walk starts.

What a fail from us! Haha!

ANYWAY, back to the walk. The trail itself, isn't too difficult. Starting at Bradleys Head the track leads you through a gentle bush land. The trees and shrubs helps create excellent coverage from the hot Aussie sun. The beautiful ferns and plants are gorgeous and I can't imagine how amazing this would look in Spring.

There are some stairs, but not many, which is good. I mean, I'm not really a fan of stairs, so the minimal the better, aim I right?

The track weaves around the harbour, allowing Sydney to just show off how beautiful she is.

Once you are out of the bush, you will be greated with the gorgeou Clifton Gardens. A nice little spot for a picnic or if you are keen, pack your swimmers and take a dip in the wharf.

Upon our return from Chowder Bay, we walked down towards Bradleys Head and what a beautiful spot this is. Just look at Sydney showing off her famous icons - the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. She just can't help herself can she 😏.
